Manager Analytical Division / Corporate Quality Manager

Cindy Dass-Lall holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Chemistry and Management (Upper Second Class honours) from the University of the West Indies (UWI) and is currently pursuing a Masters of Science degree in Project Management, Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering, UWI.

Mrs Dass-Lall holds the position of Division Manager at KaizenLAB Environmental Services (Trinidad) Limited and is responsible for managing the business and operations of KaizenLAB; quality assurance and laboratory accreditation. She is also Kaizen’s Quality Manager, with responsibility for Corporate Quality system development and maintenance. She has more than 7 years extensive experience in environmental analysis, laboratory management, quality assurance and business development. She is also trained in the areas of Laboratory Auditing, Laboratory Assessment and ISO/IEC 17025: 2005, General Requirements for the Competence of Testing and Calibration Laboratories.

Mrs Dass-Lall has worked and successfully managed numerous environmental projects including the Remediation of Lead Contaminated soils in Trinidad and the Investigation of Industrial Waste treatment into Water Treatment systems. She has served on the Specifications Committee for the Requirements of Testing and Calibration Laboratories- Laboratory Quality Improvement Programme (LABQUIP) Grade 1 (TTS, 594:2003). Her Project Management exposure has provided training in the areas of Procurement and Contract Management, Finance, Marketing, Industrial Health and Safety, Quality and Value Management.

Mrs Dass-Lall has also completed the HAZWOPER (Hazardous Waste Operations and Emergency Response) 24 hour Technician Course.
