Bentofix Thermal Lock GCL

Bentofix consists of two outer geotextile layerswith a core of sodium bentonite clay that forms ahydraulic barrier. Fibers from the non-wovengeotextile layer are needle-punched through thebentonite and locked into the other geotextilelayer through the proprietary Thermal Lockprocess, increasing the internal strength of theBentofix.
When hydrated under confinement, the bentoniteswells to form a low permeability clay liner withthe equivalent protection of one metre ofcompacted clay. Bentofix can be used as a linerfor lakes, dugouts, lagoons, reservoirs andsecondary containment areas.

Secugrid offers a biaxial geogrid with a nonwoven geotextile interwoven into the geogrid to provide both high strength reinforcement and separation.
